What to Expect as Pilot Adjuster

 

At Pilot, our adjuster's duties go beyond setting appointments, assessing damages, scoping the loss, and writing/reviewing estimates. We set the standard of service by making timely initial contact with policy holders. Whether working in the field or at a desk in one of our facilities; Pilot adjusters exceed exceptional customer service expectations set by our clients.  We exemplify excellence through the execution and documentation of all activities associated with the claim process

Qualifications

What Are the Qualifications to Work as an Adjuster with Pilot?

 

Applicants must possess an active adjuster's license in a home state or a designated home state. While experience in property or auto adjusting related industries such as construction, home inspection/restoration, auto body shop or auto sales is preferred. We offer a wide variety of training courses for licensed applicants with no related experience. It is mandated that applicants be at least 19 years of age and may not be qualified for employment due to previously committed criminal offenses.
